About the Gallery

The Art Gallery at Devon is operated 100% by volunteers and is open during the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair each spring. The committee works year-round to prepare for the show and its special events, including the First Night at Devon opening party.

Our Virtual Art Gallery experience began during the 2020 covid pandemic and we are pleased to continue it for the fifth consecutive year, running simultaneously with the in-person show.

Since its beginnings in 1999, the Gallery continues to impress patrons, art collectors, and visitors. The juried art show exhibits hundreds of original artworks by regionally and nationally recognized artists. Works in media range from oil to watercolor to sculpture and focus on a range of subjects including pastoral landscapes, still life, animals, and of course, equestrian art. Contemporary themes such as city scenes of Philadelphia, life at the shore, and abstract art are also represented.

The Gallery is led by a team of six Chairmen:
