First Night at Devon

An annual tradition since 1999, First Night at Devon is hosted by the Art Gallery on the eve of opening day of the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair.

It is a festive evening in the company of exhibiting artists and like-minded friends of art, horsemanship, and philanthropy.

Meet Shawn Faust

Join us at the Gallery on Sunday, May 28, 2023 from 11am to 1pm for your chance to meet Shawn Faust, the artist for the official 2023 Devon Horse Show and Country Fair poster painting, "Making Friends at Devon."

Posters are limited. To ensure availability, please purchase your poster in advance of the signing either in person at the Gallery or online below.

New to Devon, artist Elsa Keller will be painting en plein air on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 outside the Art Gallery from 10am to 1pm.

"Making Friends at Devon" by Shawn Faust

Each year, the Art Gallery at Devon selects an artist to paint the artwork for the official Devon Horse Show and Country Fair poster. It is a great honor for the artist to be selected from among his/her peers.

The poster is limited in quantity. Only 125 posters are available.

This year, please join us for a special poster signing event by artist Shawn Faust on Sunday, May 28th from 11am to 1pm at the Art Gallery at Devon on the Devon Horse Show grounds.

Posters may be purchased in advance of this event at the Art Gallery or online to ensure availability for the signing event. Signed posters may be available after the event but this is not guaranteed.

Posters can be picked up at the Art Gallery at Devon during operating hours after your purchase.
