The Art Gallery at Devon is a juried art show that is 100% operated by volunteers and is open during the annual Devon Horse Show and Country Fair each spring.

The Gallery is located on the Devon Horse Show grounds at 23 Dorset Road, Devon, PA. When you enter the main gates of the show, take a left past the souvenir booth and picnic grove - we are located in the building with the pavilion.

The Art Gallery at Devon is open each spring during the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair.

The Gallery's hours of operation are daily 10:00 am - 8:30 pm from May 22 through June 1, 2025.

On Sunday, June 2, 2025, the Gallery will be open from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm.

This may depend on the location of the artwork.

Artwork that is exhibited in the physical, in-person Gallery on the Devon Horse Show grounds may be picked up during operating hours after your purchase. Please bring your purchase confirmation email with you to pick-up.

Fulfillment of “Virtual Only” artwork(s) is arranged between the Artist and the Purchaser. The Art Gallery at Devon will communicate the purchaser information to the artist. If possible and approved, “Virtual Only” artwork(s) may be arranged for pick-up at the Art Gallery at Devon during operating hours.

In the event that pick-up of purchased artwork(s) cannot be made, whether the artwork is located in the physical, in-person gallery or virtual only gallery, delivery or shipping of the artwork(s) are to be arranged between the Artist and the Purchaser. Additional fees for delivery and/or shipping may be incurred and will be paid by the purchaser directly to the artist.

After an online purchase, please contact us at artgalleryatdevon@gmail.com to inform us about your pick-up, delivery, and/or shipping requests. The Art Gallery at Devon will connect you with the artist if necessary.

The Art Gallery at Devon is 100% operated by volunteers and is part of the Devon Horse Show and Country Fair. All proceeds from the juried show are donated and benefit Bryn Mawr Hospital.

Many of our participating artists are indeed local to the immediate Devon, PA area as well as the Greater Philadelphia region. We do have artists who have participated from other states as well including Maine, California, Florida, and Texas.

The Art Gallery at Devon is a juried art show. The process for jurying is two-fold. First, there is an application to jury which is simply sending the committee information about you and your art (see below). From these applications, selected artists will be invited to jury in November. Accepted artists receive an invitation to participate in the show by January.

We are so grateful for our Art Gallery Volunteers who help make the Gallery a success each year. Volunteers assist with greeting guests, helping shoppers to select their favorite pieces, keeping our artwork safe from food and drink, wrapping purchased artwork, and answering general questions. 

We encourage our volunteers to sign up for at least two 4 hour shifts during the show. In exchange for your valued service, we will provide you with an entry pass for the entire show, as well as free, convenient parking.
